Entrepreneurs, scientists, research institutes/universities, new or established companies who plan to incubate their ideas or juvenile technologies for commercialization are encouraged to participate.
TBI shall provide Inhouse Incubation support in terms of:
- Collaborative research work along with TBI
- Infrastructure support & Instrumentation Lab facilities
- Intellectual Support
- Entrepreneurs/ Manpower Industrial training
- Future Technological Support
- Mentoring & troubleshooting solutions
TBI can also undertake contractual / targeted research on paid basis for technology development, innovation, improvement, commercialization support in the frontier areas of cGMP Herbal drug formulation, Biotechnology dealing with fermentation and production, QCQA facility for analysis and GLP standard animal facility for drug development.
After preliminary consultations and discussions for the feasibility /evaluation of an idea/concept for technology development and once the incubatee and the TBI is convinced of the project potential, the incubatee shall enter into an agreement with IIIM TBI for availing the services offered by this TBI on mutually agreed terms and conditions.
The incubatees if require, shall be helped in availing angel funding and seed capital investments from DST, NSTEB, ASME, MSME etc. Further the incubatees shall be given support in business networking via FICCI, ASME and MSME (if needed) at mutually decided fees.
At all stages of the incubation, IPR issues will be considered and the terms and conditions shall be worked out clearly in the agreement before the exit of the incubatee from the TBI.
